High Temperature (HT, HTS & HTF) Sensor

For applications requiring the measurement of temperatures from 800 to 1250°C, the HT series of high temperature furnace thermocouple provides a solution.

To meet this temperature the appropriate materials must be selected to maximise the life and reliability of the thermocouple sensor in this type of challenging environment.

The thermocouple element for this temperature range is restricted to either type ‘K´ or type ‘N´. These are supplied as either a heavy wire gauge or in an mineral insulated (MI) format with the protection tube supplied with a screwed or flanged process connection.

Elements are available in single, duplex or triplex formats. The connection head can be supplied fitted with a conventional terminal block or a temperature transmitter to provide a 4 to 20 mA output.
