Food and Cooked Meat (CMP) Sensor
Food processing requires the control and data collection of accurate product temperatures and the CMP series cooked meat probe provides this facility.
Oven temperature on its own is no longer a sufficient indication of the cooking process. To ensure optimum quality and compliance with current legislation, it is essential to monitor the core temperature of the product.
The application use also demands that the sensor assembly should be of sufficient robust construction to withstand the constant handling by operators without compromising its measurement sensitivity. This is provided it its all stainless steel construction, including the sensing probe, handle and lead wire protection which also allows its use with frozen food products.
These units are supplied in either PT100 RTD or as a type ‘T´, ‘J´ or ‘K´ thermocouple, they are also available in single or duplex formats with resistance thermometers available in a 2 or 3 wire connection.
