Autoclave Chamber/Load Probe (SL150) Sensor

The series SL150 autoclave chamber/load probe offers increased flexibility with a tough, thick walled silicone rubber protected lead wire.

The general dimensions and design of this autoclave chamber/load probe meets what is probably the most requested style of assembly for this type of application.

All the materials of construction that are exposed to the autoclave chamber atmosphere are either 316L stainless steel or silicone rubber. The sensor lead wire is manufactured specifically for pharmaceutical autoclave use with Teflon insulated conductors and a thick walled silicone rubber jacket.

The extruded silicone rubber jacket is produced from silicone compound that is FDA listed (21CFR 177 2600) and full back up certification is maintained for all the materials of construction.

The SL150 probes are designed for use in both steam and water cycle autoclaves and are used extensively in autoclaves manufactured by most of the major manufacturers, either as original equipment or as replacement parts.
